Neo-Modal ™ platform
The Neo-Modal ™ Tool is the foundation of all of our current and future products. It manages the Hub and Spokes structure of our programs. It is an expert system-based engine that applies rules and communication between the ‘hub’ and ‘spokes’. Combined with the Neo-Modal ™ techniques, we developed, S4Potential is able to build unduplicated programs quickly and efficiently.

Neo-Modal ™ provides our capability to deliver our one-of-a-kind programs premised on best practices in psychology, learning fundamentals and true multimedia. A comprehensive approach helps people change dysfunctional emotions and behaviours by showing them how to become aware of and modify the beliefs and attitudes that create the unwanted states.

    The Neo-Modal ™ approach matches the assessed needs of individual learners with the requirements inherent in the content being taught, resulting in individually-tailored and self-paced learning programs. Neo-Modal ™ tools and techniques utilize true interactive multimedia, enriched with original art and expert system techniques, to address issues of behavioural health with the goal to improve human potential.

    ‘Hub’ & ‘Spoke’ Model
    S4 Potential develops its programs using a ‘hub’-and-‘spokes’ design model. The “hub” houses the basic common functions (primarily practical and administrative) including client identification, registration, securing confidentiality, pre-testing, routing to appropriate program components and post-testing. A “spoke” is an area of critical need. Within the spoke the key segments are addressed and broken into short manageable units based on the Neo-Modal ™ approach of best practices in psychology, learning fundamentals and true multimedia. The hub and spoke organizational structure allows for the addition of various other spokes addressing other areas of critical reintegration consistent with the demographic. The use of the ‘hub’ & ‘spokes’ model is intended to be a cost-effective and sustainable strategy for maximizing the services available for software development. In terms of a return on investment (ROI), the re-use of the hub and the accumulated expertise garnered through development of successive spokes, will enable cost-effective program development.
