Peter Egan President and CEO Peter is responsible for ensuring the overall success of S4Potential initiatives with customers and partner organizations. He possesses a proven track record for effective organizational development, sales management and technology marketing. From his early career as a systems programmer, software developer and analyst through his years in project and business management he has been recognized as a creative, “get it done” professional. He had worked technically in the banking and IT industries when he joined Rogers & Associates as an IT Management Consultant. He joined Quasar Systems (later renamed COGNOS) in 1981 where he went on to found their Product Related Services group. He founded NUTAT Technologies in 1985 and grew it to be a products and services company, which was sold in 1996. He founded S4Potential with Bill Winogron in 2003. Peter continues to be involved in many industry and community organizations focusing on business, technology, and entrepreneurship.
Bill Winogron, Ph.D., C.Psych Vice-President Product Development Bill is responsible for ensuring that S4Potential’s products incorporate world-class, cognitive behavioral subject matter expertise. He was a practicing clinical psychologist in independent practice for many years (1989 to 2002), and consulted widely before co-founding S4Potential. Bill co-authored the internationally accredited Anger and Emotions Management Program (AEMP), now deployed nationally by Correctional Services Canada. He also led the creation of the successful CALM program series (CALM and CALMER; MultiHealth Systems, 1998, 2001). As an accredited clinical psychologist, he served for over a decade as a consultant to public and private sector organizations internationally. Bill earned his Ph.D. degree at Carleton University in 1986, and went on to study with world-renowned Dr. Albert Ellis to achieve an Associate Fellowship at the Institute for Rational-Emotive Behavior Therapy (The Albert Ellis Institute) in New York City. Bill has been an Adjunct Research Professor at Carleton University since 2000.
David Dern Partnership Lead David develops S4Potential’s new partnership relationships and associated product offerings. He brings to S4Potential over 15 years experience in sales, marketing, business development and relationship building. His background also includes executive management and strategic planning for the non-profit space. David holds a BComm from McGill University in Montreal. He lives on a farm with his wife and 4 children.
David MacLeod Technology Lead David recently joined S4Potential as Technology Lead. His role is to oversee and guide development efforts on the NeoModal™ platform. David is an experienced application developer and service integrator, with over twenty years experience in the IT industry. David’s broad knowledge base has allowed him to develop mission-critical solutions and services for federal government, non-profit organizations and private sector companies.
