Engagement is a psychological process…information alone rarely creates a lasting change in the workplace.

Engagement requires new knowledge, but, it also calls for new skills and new motivations.  Truly engaged staff have distinctive thoughts, feelings and behaviors.  To affect all three, programs need to target all three…S4Potential’s programs are designed to do just that.

A program that addresses Employee Engagement could include the following modules:

  • Trust and Integrity—identifying the essential building blocks to employee engagement.
  • Nature of the Job—addressing emotional and mental stimulation derived from the job.
  • Individual Contributions to the Group’s Performance—helping to make the mental connection between effort and real-world results.
  • Company Pride—investigating how self-esteem is derived from being part of the company’s mission.
  • Coworkers/Team Members—appreciating equity and others’ motivations.
  • Personal Relationship with One’s Manager—key to influencing the employee’s level of engagement.

This program would enhance corporate productivity by reducing the barriers and risks associated with counter-productive behaviors in the workplace.   We apply behavioral and action-learning principles to instill management-level staff with the mindset and skill-set necessary for building a strong culture of engagement.
