So you think you have what it takes to find and keep a job? Maybe you do and that’s excellent! If you are on the other side of the fence, and find getting and staying employed quite a challenge to overcome. Fear not! The Ke-PERR (pronounced Keeper) program is here to dust the dirt off your shoes, spice up your resume and hand you a job!!! Well, not exactly like how I described it but close enough… :-)

Who is this program for? Ke-PERR has been designed for a younger to mature adult audience from a broad ethnic and cultural background. Users will only need up to a grade 6 education (United States & Canada), and generally a primary school education elsewhere in the world would suffice in order to fully gain from the program. This program is unique in the sense that it is really targeted to people with “real” barriers to employment, such as:

Practical Barriers: language, level of education and lack or little work experience.

Psychological Barriers: mental capabilities, attitude, perceptions of self-entitlement and learned helplessness

Situational Barriers: drugs and/or substance abuse, single parent, lack of adequate financial resources, social assistance and the like.

Ke-PERR is made up of 4 beautifully designed instructional units, which are further sub-divided into a total of 15 modules, with each module usually up to a maximum of 10 minutes only.I must confess, this is S4Potential’s best product yet…it is highly engaging, interactive and I tested the program (during a couple QA passes) and I finished the program feeling very well informed and motivated enough to secure any employment I wanted.

Each instructional module provides an individualized learning experience (real time on the spot answers and feedback) thus ensuring relevance for the user. Now, in order to ascertain the effectiveness of the program, S4Potential put into place pre- and post-tests for evaluation purposes before and after the program. Assignments (printable homework) are also incorporated to test the user’s knowledge and gauge whether the content is understood and being put into practice.

This program will be great for schools, employment agencies, youth specific agencies and perhaps facilities that cater specifically to immigrants/new entrants into a country.
