Bill Winogron
Ph.D., C.Psych, Vice-President Product Development. Bill is responsible for ensuring that programs and tools from S4 incorporate world-class, cognitive behavioral subject matter expertise.



Focusing on evidence-based interventions, Bill co-authored the internationally accredited Anger and Emotions Management Program (AEMP), now deployed nationally by Correctional Services Canada. He also led the creation of the successful CALM program series (MultiHealth Systems, 1998, 2001).



As an accredited clinical psychologist, he has served for over a decade as a consultant to public and private sector organizations internationally. Bill earned his Ph.D. degree at Carleton University in 1986, and went on to study with world-renowned Dr. Albert Ellis to achieve an Associate Fellowship at the Institute for Rational-Emotive Behavior Therapy (The Albert Ellis Institute) in New York City. Bill is an Adjunct Research Professor at Carleton University.

British Mental Health Charity モMindヤ has recently commented (Medical News Today) on the World Health Organizationメs (WHO) finding that depression causes more damage to health than many chronic diseases such as angina, asthma, and diabetes.
