Ke-PERR
Ke-PERR (pronounced ‘Keeper’) is an interactive multimedia program designed to help people who have difficulty finding and/or retaining a job to be able to do so by providing them with the necessary skills and tools.


Our program is unique because it was developed in conjunction with people in the employment industry and it caters to the needs of employers and what they seek in job candidates and employees.

The Ke-PERR program shows users, how to manage their job preparation and seeking as well as providing social skills, resumé creation skills, help with career choices and attitudes, and numerous other factors that help with finding and retaining a job.



The Ke-PERR program is made up of 4 instructional units, each of which is further subdivided into modules. The program is designed to teach budgeting skills, job readiness skills, job finding skills and job retention skills.

Each instructional module presents a highly interactive, individualized learning experience for the user. This means that a learner’s path through the training module is determined in real time (on the spot) by their answers and interactions with the program – ensuring the relevance of the experience.

Ke-Perr program modules are designed to impart the following skill lessons:

  • Identification of the barriers to employment;
  • Identification and assessment of personal barriers;
  • Specific skills to overcome barriers; and
  • A skills methodology and a checklist for job searching.
