S4Potential offers intensive training programs for frontline personnel in correctional institutions and community-based correctional settings.


The issues
S4Potential’s training services are designed to certify correctional staff to proficiently deliver correctional programs, including the renowned CALM anger management training program. S4P’s Trainer Certifications deliver thorough knowledge of psychological interventions and recidivism reduction strategies, as well as practical program delivery skills.



Dr. Bill Winogron, S4Potential’s Vice President of Product Development, co-authored the internationally accredited Anger and Emotions Management Program (AEMP), now deployed and used nationally by Correctional Services Canada.

S4Potential’s correctional training has been designed in accordance with the concepts that define effective correctional programming. Trainings are intensive, skills-based, and include training in practical step-by-step implementation and delivery skills.

On the invitation of Associate Director, Mr. Jasper Ormond, and Director, Mr. Paul Quander Jr. of CSOSA (Court Services and Offender Supervision Agency), Bill spoke on the topic: Evidence based criminal justice interventions.
